1. THE SCOPE OF OUR REAL ESTATE SERVICE

   
   

   Zest Consult Real Estate Services is in two parts:

   1. Acting as a Buyer’s Agent
   
   
   2. Acting as a Seller’s Agent
   
   
   

   AS A SELLER’S AGENT;

   
   
   1. We inspect our seller client’s property and take photos and comprehensive video of your property.
   
   
   2. We publicize our seller client’s property on Television, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to attract prospective buyers.
   
   
   3. We recommend our seller client’s property to our prospective buyer having such preferences for quick sale.
   
   
   4. We advise our seller client on pricing to help ensure swift sales of your property.





2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A PROSPECTIVE SELLER

   
   
   1. We charge a registration fee of 200 cedis to provide you with these services.
   
   
   2. We charge a 10% agency commission when we sell your property.
   
   
   3. We reserve the right to discontinue our journey to inspect your property if it turns out you deceived us by giving us an inaccurate property location. When that happens, you are not entitled to a refund.
   
   
   4. No refund is allowed as soon as money is paid to the Seller on the Buyer’s instruction.
