   THE SCOPE OF OUR IELTS TUITION SERVICE

   Currently, Zest Consult IELTS class is in two phases: phase 1 and phase 2. Phase 1 is the Freshers’ Class, and Phase 2 is the Supplementary Class.

   
   

   In Phase 1 (Freshers ‘Class), our IELTS class comes in three forms: regular class, online class, and weekend class.

   
   

   In Phase 2 (Supplementary Class), our IELTS class comes in two forms: online supplementary class and weekend supplementary class.

   
   

   ABOUT OUR FRESHERS’ CLASS

   We take you through the content of the IELTS by teaching you the IELTS concept. We teach you about the Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing components of the IELTS. We teach you about examiners' expectations and how to answer your questions to obtain your desired score. Currently, we use six weeks for this phase.

   
   

   Regarding our Freshers’s Class:

   • Our regular class is held in the classroom. It is held from Mondays to Wednesdays in four different sessions at our Kumasi Cultural Center premises: 1st session (8 am - 10 am), 2nd session (10:30 am - 12:30 am), 3rd session (1:30 pm - 3:30 pm) and 4th session (4 pm - 6 pm).
   
   
   • Our online class is held on Zoom from Mondays to Wednesdays (2 pm to 4 pm), and we make available the recorded version of each day’s online lectures for you to access.
   
   
   • Our weekend class is held in a classroom, and it is held on Saturdays at our Kumasi Cultural Centre premises from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with two 30-minute intermittent breaks.
   
   

   ABOUT OUR SUPPLEMENTARY CLASS

   We engage you with practice by giving you a lot of practice materials to use for your practice. We also conduct periodic mock tests to assess your performance and help you to know your progress. There is a fee for the mock tests. Currently, it is 30 cedis per mock test. Because your success largely depends on practice, this phase centers around practice. We discuss mock tests, revise techniques, and encourage you to keep practicing. You can stay in this class for a maximum of six weeks. You can use a shorter duration if you so desire.

   
   

   Regarding our Supplementary Class:

   
   
   • Our online supplementary class is on Zoom from Mondays to Wednesdays (11 am to 1 pm). A recorded version of each day’s lesson is made available for you to access.
   
   
   • Our weekend supplementary class is held in the classroom on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with two intermittent 30-minute breaks. Seats for this class are limited, and for that reason, we encourage clients to follow the online supplementary class often.
   
   

   OUR MOCK TEST

   Zest Consult IELTS Mock is a simulation test designed to mimic the British Council IELTS exams with two purposes. The first is to imbibe in our students the “do’s and don’ts” of the main test, and the second is to offer clients an opportunity to have a formal assessment of their practice after the six weeks of tuition received at Freshers’ Class to monitor their performance and readiness to take the main exams.

   It is routinely done consistently at 3-week intervals once or sometimes twice a month. The test is conducted in two forms every month. We have the face-to-face mock test, also known as paper-based mock, and the online mock test. The mock test; whether paper-based or online is done only on Fridays at the moment. Both are individually organized at a week interval; that is, the online mock begins, and the paper based mock follows suit after a week. Results for each are released after seven (7) days of taking the test. Questions of both test forms are thoroughly discussed in the physical and online supplementary classes.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   • The tuition fee paid is non-refundable. Once you make payment, you are not entitled to a refund even if you never attend the class. Be certain you are ready for the class before you register.
   
   
   • Once your duration for the class is due, you have to exit the class. If, for some reason, you need an extension, you must contact the IELTS Head of Department with a formal request.
   
   
   • The consult takes video coverage of the class for publicity purposes. You should know that you might be captured in some of our videos and photographs.
   
   
   • The consult will take responsibility for your main exam registration and track your results. If you have booked for the main exam already, you should make your results known to the consult. We track clients' results to determine our exam success ratio.
   
   
   • The consult reserves the right to review and change the meeting days and times of the classes when necessary. However, the consult will give at least a month’s notice before implementing any major change. Teachers can make once-in-a-while minor changes in meeting days and times upon consulting their students first.
   
   
   • The consult reserves the right to increase its mock fees. However, at least a month’s notice will be given.
